10 made it out to the forest on Saturday for a great ride in the sunshine along the very varied tracks and trails and it was good to see a few new faces managing very well.
3 more rode a couple of laps of the less technical white trail.
Don't forget BBQ night at Llandegla this Thursday.

Greta morning in Delamere with Nick and Ross subjecting us to mudholes (particularly Kevan, "In at the deepend" Underhill) single tracks jumps and berms. Howard turned up in sweatshirt and jeans with bicycle clips, brilliant. Just come along and have a go. I have worked out that it is time to get the mountain bike out when the last bruises have disappeared, it is bad to have bruises on your bruises!
At the end of the ride we were all covered in mud and met Graham and Ann Gregory who claimed to have ridden round the forest but were absolutely spotless, must have been a different forest!
